Restaurant Marc Fosh is Palma´s premier dining destination serving contemporary Mediterranean food to evoke and create memories.
We serve tasting menus that highlight the best local produce we can source from across the Balearic Islands, with ideas and inspirations from all over the Mediterranean and an emphasis on clean flavours and seasonal ingredients.
Housed in the stylish surroundings of the 17th century Hotel Convent de la Missió, Marc Fosh restaurant combines Michelin Starred cooking with a modern, relaxed and contemporary space in the old town of Palma de Mallorca.

The world of wine is made up of oenologists, farmers, grape harvesters, wine growers, and people who interact with nature in unique and creative ways. Behind every label there is a hidden story: we should be sure to listen.
Our wine list aims to be a small gateway to this immense world, but at the same time as simple and familiar as opening a bottle of wine. Enjoy!
We can also select some wines by the glass to accompany your Tasting Menu at a supplementary charge. Please do not hesitate to ask our service team.

Many of Mallorca’s best chefs have passed through Marc’s kitchen and some are now running now their own Restaurants, appearing on television and obtaining Michelin Stars. For more exclusive dining options, our intimate private space is available for exclusive hire.
The table seats a maximum of 10 guests and is ideal for business dinners, family celebrations or any other occasion where privacy and discretion is preferred.
We also offer an exclusive wine tasting that is individually tailored to your event.
For larger groups, the exclusive hire of the restaurant is also available.

The menus in our restaurant are based on a simple philosophy: food tastes best when it’s made from local, seasonal ingredients, some of them grown on our own farm.
Only when you understand and respect the essence of an ingredient can you properly come to enhance its flavor through cooking. Guided by nature, our kitchen will reflect the seasons. Thinking globally and sourcing locally is not just politically correct; it’s also personally rewarding for the farmer, the chef and the diner. Everybody wins.
FOSH FARM
Fosh Farm is set in the beautiful location of Finca Son Mir, where the rhythms of the seasons are at their most apparent. Our Mediterranean, culinary garden, surrounded by red earth and olive trees, grows unique, seasonally appropriate crops using organic and sustainable techniques. While it is still early days, we hope that very soon our garden will be supplying many of the herbs and vegetables that you’ll find on your plate at Marc Fosh restaurant.
At Fosh Catering we have more than 15 years participating in many of the most important moments of the social and business elite of Mallorca and Ibiza. We can host weddings, business lunches, holiday dinners, cocktails, and any private event for between six to a thousand guests. We are one of the most in-demand services with our wide gastronomic variety and we stand out for our avant-garde Mediterranean cuisine. It is necessary to combine experience, knowledge and work to ensure the highest level.
