Our New Restaurant Director
We are very pleased to announce that Jaime Cáceres has joined MF Restaurants as our new restaurant director. Trained in Lausanne, Jaime has a wide & varied experience in some of the best hotels & restaurants on Mallorca. He first worked with Marc Fosh several years ago, forming an essential part of the team that gained the Michelin star in a small hotel in Santa Maria in 2003.

Misa Braseria + Bar, Marc Fosh’s new Palma eatery, unveiled it’s spring menu this month to rave reviews. Head Chef Jose Manuel ‘s new offering is filled with vibrant interpretations of brasserie and Mediterranean classics such as Catalan style fish soup with mussels, Fillet of beef baked in hay & mountain herbs, Duck Rillette and the classic chocolate Marquise.
