Tasca de Blanquerna Wins Top Prize in Tapalma!

After a few intensive days, Tasca de Blanquerna has been rewarded with the top prize in TaPalma 2011, Mallorca's yearly tapas fair & competition.
The "
TaPalma de Oro" was awarded to Tasca for the best Tapa "Slow cooked Iberian Pork with almond "Torrija" & soller orange compote" prepared by Head Chef, Carlos Abad. Congratulations to Carlos, Marco and all the team at Tasca.
