Robert Bragagnolo

Rob Bragagnolo,is the co-founder and managing director of
Marc Fosh Restaurants, Mallorca’s premier hospitality group.

Canadian by birth and Italian by blood, Rob began his career at a very age, apprenticing at his family’s Trattoria, in Veneto Italy, ‘da Zizzola’, the birthplace of his Grandfather’s now historic dessert, ‘la Fregolotta’.  

Inspired by his culinary roots Rob continued his training both in the kitchen and front of house, in his native Toronto.  Wanting to solidify his education he decided to attend a degree program at a prestigious Swiss Hospitality school. In 2001, Rob moved to Mallorca where he met his business partner Marc Fosh, and together they opened the group’s highly acclaimed restaurants: Tasca de Blanquerna, Simply Fosh and Misa Braseria.

Rob also writes a weekly column on regional Spanish cooking, for the Majorca Daily Bulletin.
